Contact

Write to support@dialog.day for product help, privacy requests, account questions, or beta feedback.

To help diagnose a problem, include:

  • What you expected and what happened instead
  • Your Dialog version and build number from Settings
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • The date of the affected plan
  • A screenshot or TestFlight feedback attachment, if it does not reveal private calendar details

Never email a password, access code, payment detail, or unredacted private calendar content.

Calendar access

Dialog reads events only after you grant calendar access. You can review or change permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Calendars.

Dialog uses the calendars you leave enabled on its Calendars screen as planning input. Hidden input calendars and the selected plan-calendar destination are excluded from planning reads. It writes only Dialog-created events to the plan calendar you confirm in the app.

Subscriptions

Apple handles App Store billing. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Deleting Dialog does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Data and account deletion

Dialog keeps app data deletion and account deletion separate. Both are available from Settings, then Data & Privacy.

  • Delete app data removes Dialog content while keeping your account and subscription continuity.
  • Delete account removes your Dialog content, signs you out, and returns the app to its signed-out state. An App Store subscription continues until you cancel it with Apple.

For an external privacy or erasure request that goes beyond the in-app deletion controls, contact support@dialog.day.
